What is your delivery area?
Hampton Roads VA, Richmond VA and Elizabeth City NC (subject to change)

How fast are your deliveries?
On products that are in stock, deliveries are typically within two business days.

Do you ship products?
Products are shipped via UPS/USPS ground or via common carrier anywhere in the continental United States. Please note, freight charges will be added to the invoice. We do not ship C.O.D. Shipment weights and packaging quantities are approximates.

What payment methods to you take?
All prices located on the web site or in our catalog are in U.S. dollars and all payments must be made in U.S. funds. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are accepted.

Do you offer credit?
Yes, to apply for credit, please fill out this application and fax it to 757-460-3266.

Returns or refunds?
All damage or defective claims should be promptly filed by the purchaser with the carrier at time of delivery. Damage, defective or wrong item(s) returned to us within 30 days from date on receipt will be replaced without delay. There may be a 25% restocking fee on approved items for return and we will issue a credit to your account. Custom/Special order items cannot be returned. You have up to 30 days from day of receipt to return stocked merchandise. Notify your sales representative as soon as possible so the item(s) can be replaced or refunded.

Do you sell to individuals or just businesses?
We sell to everyone. We have a show room for walk in business. However, we only deliver to business districts.
