The My Account section is your central location for all of your www.empiremachinery.com information. In My Account, you can check your Web Queries.
Invoices is where you can view all of your Invoices within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Invoice by either an Invoice Number or a PO Number.
Past Purchases is where you can view all of your Past Purchases within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Past Purchase by either an Invoice Number or an Item Code.
Open Orders is where you can view all of your Open Orders within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Open Order by either an Order Number or a PO Number.
Open Quotes is where you can view all of your Open Quotes within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Open Quote by either an Order Number or a PO Number.
Open A/R is where you can view all of your Open Accounts Receivable within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Open A/R

Search Tips
With thousands of items available on empiremachinery.com, and new products constantly being added, finding the product you're looking for may seem a bit daunting. To find exactly what you need, as quickly as possible, we provide three methods to search our store: A Store Directory, a Vendor Search, and an Advanced Search.
Store Directory Search
To make things easy, we've grouped out products into 15 categories: Abrasives, Automotivs, Brushes, Chemicals / Lubricants, Fasteners, Hydraulics, Janitorial, Ladders, Material Handling, Miscellaneous, Paints, Pipe Valve & Fittings, Safety Products, Tape, and tool. These categories are located at the top of every page in the site, with exception to the Welcome, Logon, and Order Confirmation screens.
When you select one of the product categories, that categories contents are displayed along the left-hand side column and in the middle of the screen. This category drill-down continues until you reach the lowest level of a category where a products item code will be displayed.
Advanced Search
If you are unsure what category a product you are looking for is contained, try our Advanced Product Search. Located at the top of every page, the Advanced Product Search allows you to specify your criteria for multiple fields at one time. Simply decide what's important to you for each option, and then scan the entire empiremachinery.com inventory for items that match.
Every now and then you may get a search that returns No Results. If you see this, please check to make sure that you spelled the keyword correctly. Although we will attempt to return the information that you want, misspelled words will not generally match anything in our database.

My Shopping Lists
Using our advanced shopping tool My Shopping Lists, will allow you to designate items that you would like to purchase -- but you're not prepared to do so at that moment. While shopping on empiremachinery.com, you can add items to My Shopping Lists instead of adding them to your Shopping Cart. The items you add to My Shopping Lists will remain there until you decide to add them to your Shopping Cart, or until you remove the item from your list.
Adding an Item to My Shopping Lists
When shopping empiremachinery.com, click move item to shopping list on the Item Detail screen. You can also add an item to your shopping list from your Shopping Cart. When you are viewing the contents of your Shopping Cart, click Move next to each item in your Shopping Cart that you want to add to My Shopping Lists.
Purchasing an Item from My Shopping Lists
To purchase a saved item from My Shopping Lists, click the add to cart button that appears next to each item saved on your Shopping List. Your selection will move to the Shopping Cart and you are ready to Checkout.

Quick Order Pad
To place an order with empiremachinery.com using the Quick Order Pad follow these steps. The Quick order pad link is located at the top of every page.
Step 1:
The first step in using the is Quick Order Pad is to enter different item codes in the Item Purchase Box.
Step 2: Checkout
The second and final step in the Quick Order Pad is to Checkout. If any items were not found you will be given a message that states so. When you are finished, click on cart icon at the top of the screen to view your cart.

Terms of Purchase
All purchases from Empire Machinery & Supply Corporation through its empiremachinery.com web site are governed by these Terms of Purchase. Please review the terms and indicate your acceptance at bottom.
I. PAYMENT
All payments are due net 30 of invoice. All past due accounts are subject to 1-1/2% per month finance charge (18% annual percentage rate), calculated as of the due date. Customer is responsible for any collection and court cost incurred for the collection of an unpaid account.
II. RETURNS; CANCELLATIONS
No returns are accepted without prior written authorization from Empire Machinery. Goods returned may be subject to a restocking and/or freight charge. Any order cancellation must be approved by Empire Machinery, and may be subject to restocking and other charges.
III. NO WARRANTY
ALL PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY EMPIRE MACHINERY THROUGH THIS WEB SITE ARE OFFERED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. EMPIRE MACHINERY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS.
